    yeah I'd love an option with Pax, but I don't see it being in his interest. I've always loved Pax, even back to when he didn't f'n sign with us when we drafted him. Sign me up for Pax for fandom reasons alone!

    Yup. I think they are right now. They'll add pitching of some kind this OS. The quality of that pitching will determine what our odds are should we get in.

    I think we absolutely need to see what we have in Rowdy. Projects as a solidly above average and we know there is potential for him to be much better than he projects. I'm not saying he should have endless rope, but we need to plan him getting consistent AB's at the start of the season.

    You could be right Spank, but if it were up to me I'd bat him 2 or 3. For all we know he might have a strong preference for lead-off. Cavan is just such a good fit for lead-off. Amazing OBP and a good / smart baserunner.

    I'm a big fan of Brantley, so I won't lie and say it's not disappointing. It was some gymnastics to fit in him the lineup. C'est la vie
