Doesn't he need like 33 goals a season for his whole deal to reach Gretz? I know he's a beast, but I wouldn't be certain of this in his ages 36 - 40 seasons.

Summary; - The Dodgers have, and will continue to be damaged as a franchise for how they have handled this (not the alleged assault, but how they have handled the alleged assault). - Investigation is still ongoing, but they need to proceed RIGHT NOW, regardless of that - It will cost them like $100M, but that isn't important. (not his money I guess) - It is against the rules, but they should do it anyway - They will likely be sued by the union, but they should do it anyway - Its the RIGHT THING TO DO to do the above, and that's all that matters. Due process is not the right thing (implied not stated).

no matter what way this shakes out (who is telling more of the truth), I don't understand how Bauer thought slapping a chick around to the point of damage was a good idea, consensual or not. Super bad look even if it was 100% asked for. Huge risk that she could frame your ass even if it was 100% asked for. I somehow had it in my brain he was a pretty smart guy. This would have been a very dumb move in even the most charitable circumstance.
