    Yep. Last year the entire country of Latvia banded together to vote a young player named Zemgus Girgensons into the game. Although he has upside, and is not a dud like John Scott. Kind of like KC Royals fans stuffing the ballot for the MLB allstar game, or when Eric Sogard nearly got voted as #FaceofMLB Fan voting is dumn.
