George McPhee was the same GM who traded Filip Forsberg for Martin f***ing Erat. And they traded a 1st, 2nd and a 3rd for Tomas Tatar at the deadline this year. This is not an analytical GM, this guy is dumb as bricks. I am convinced Vegas is lucky as f***. And yes, I'm salty.

I wouldn't consider Vegas analytically catalysts. A team looking at analytics wouldn't acquire and play a fighting plug like Ryan Reaves. The difference in this series was goaltending, Fleury was unbelievable.

Bartolo comes to mind but he doesn't get whiffs. I think we'll see him throw more changeups or curveballs in his next start though.

They added a bunch of analytics darlings that finally got the chance. I don't think their coaching staff or front office especially is next level but most of their players have benefited from increased opportunity and ice time.
