I can't really see that trade as a big win for either side. Pollock is a league average OF, the CF elig is nice if you need it. Seems like reasonable value to me.

Probably not, Visa troubles could be a stumbling block. I would imagine they will be keeping it one of the northern states though for easier access to the players if need be

Was just reading a series preview from numberfire and as the resident JV fanboy I thought I should post the following: the development of Jonas Valanciunas has been one of the more interesting stories out of Toronto this year and his impact in this series could be a deciding factor. On the advanced side of things, JV looks like he's becoming a star, placing 13th in the Association in Win Shares per 48 Minutes (.189) and 17th in our Player Power Rankings with a nERD of 8.0. (nERD is basically WAR)

Defense is still pretty bad, Jonas has made nice strides on that side of the ball though. Also, Demar has been a beast since the start of March. Kyle just came back from injury 3 games ago

I am definitely excited, it's a bit of a bummer though knowing we aren't really a contender. Would love to see us get past round 1 and then have Casey fired in the offseason, really seems like a dream scenario but fingers crossed! lol

I used two of his lineups for DK, I think it was Steamer and FGDC and they are both in the money (I put them in at around 6 PM because I had to go out, so I didn't get the finalized lineups)
