    It's one of 2 things: 1. An umpire had called time but didn't make it noticeable 2. 1 of the umpires saw Osuna's attempted step off (which he did kinda try, not successfully) and convinced the other umps he stepped off before turning.

    If it means that possibly we have the ability to move Osuna back to a starter in the following seasons...yes

    Yeah, the 0-2 fastballs seem like they are due to lack of confidence in the offspeed. Once he gains those pitches I think the K's will increase some again. But until then he needs to change his approach.

    It's not so much his approach as its the quality of pitches in his last game. He hasn't been able to locate the 2 seamers at all and once behind in the count has to throw it over the plate. If he isn't locating the 2 seam he needs to use the 4 seam and more offspeed...he has to adapt.
