  1. There is t really although I can say his post want up when I started typing, they were posted probably 5-10 seconds apart... It doesn't really make a diffrence in the standings either way
  2. That's simply due to the current love-in with Francisco. They'll run Lawrie at second and Francisco at third until he turns back into a pumpkin. Three catchers + Tolleson and Pillar is how AA rolls.
  3. As much as his career is likely over there no,point in releasing him when they still owe him 7.5 million for next year. He not taking anyone's roster spot, and if by some miracle they figure out what's wrong and can correct it, you don't want to be the team paying him that kind of money to be in another org. But the millisecond he's taking a spot away from someone with a legit chance at contributing... He gone.
  4. Game 43 Reyes (3 HR) - 3 Points-baseballsss, gruber92 Melky (6 HR) - 2 Points - jaysguy34,Frenchsoup Bautista (10 HR)- 1 Point Edwin (8 HR) - 1 Point - vdub, Angrioter, JaysAllMighty Lind (2 HR) - 2 Points - Jonn, GD, Deadpool, Stangstag, Spanky99, Dylan, jays4life19, Chappy, Glock, o2cui2i, G-snarls, wilko Francisco (7 HR) - 1 Point - Atothe Lawrie (7 HR) - 2 Points- LetTheBallFly Kratz (2 HR) - 5 Points - Johnhavok Pillar (0 HR) - 7 Points Gose (0 HR) - 8 Points Thole (0 HR)- 8 Points
  5. You forgot to mention how you'd kill his goldfish and pee on his shoes.
  6. Not once did any media member attack his character.... Then he says all that about how he spends all that time on charity work and then the media turns him into " a monster " what kind of delusional ego trip is he on?
  7. Jesus Buck you're an idiot... You do t plan your defense around what might happen if the pitcher misses his spot .... That's just f***ing retarded... This is what passes for analysis .... Atrocious....
  8. Yeah, but I can understand why they're challenging it, you don't see the base move at all.
  9. His arm is good, but there's been some balls hit past him that Lawrie likely would have taken down. He's not a horrible defender, but he's certainly not the ideal 3b you want out there long term
  10. I think that might depend on whether the jays add some runs. At 87 pitches, maybe if they a run or two... Yeah you take a chance and try to get one more inning out of him.
  11. Say what you want about Francisco's range and hands, but there's nothing wrong with his arm.
  12. It will be interesting. Salazar works up in the zone a lot with his fastball and the jays are pretty unspectacular in general high in zone with their uppercut swing tendencies. Could be a lot of pop-ups and shallow flies tonight... Or they'll rock him out of the game by the third.
  13. I'll take the lottery ticket pick tonight.... Game 42 Reyes (3 HR) - 3 Points jays4life19, JaysAllMighty, Gen.Disarray Melky (6 HR) - 2 Points-Frenchsoup Bautista (10 HR)- 1 Point o2cui2i. Angrioter, vdub Edwin (6 HR) - 1 Point-bowld, Jays_Fever, jaysguy34 Lind (2 HR) - 2 Points - Jonn, Orgfiller, Dylan, Chappy, Deadpool, G-snarls, stangstag Francisco (6 HR) - 1 Point - Francisco Lawrie (7 HR) - 2 Points Kratz (2 HR) - 5 Points Gose (0 HR)- 8 Points- LetTheBallFly, JohnHavok
  14. Sure analytical are great, bolster the department, get some fresh blood and new ideas in there.... Then f***ing listen to them occasionally!
  15. I'm glad the Jays traded Aviles just for the fact that I'd probably vomit every game with that annoying bat waggle...
  16. Frigging Jamie Campbell... Pre game he says "they've used three option on Jenkins this year..." Um no they haven't. Just 1 option is used and he can be bussed back and forth to Buffalo as many times as they want in the year and use nothing but 1 option.
  17. Navarro - better than JPA but not an Andover average regular. Switch hitter is a positive, decent approach at the plate with patience. Bad base runner, bad pitch framer, decent arm. Haven't felt any issues with him regarding game calling. Not as good as Kratz
  18. Bautista- 1 Point- Chappy, fatcowxlive Edwin - 1 Point- Angrioter Colby "f***in" Rasmus - 1 Point- Francisco - 1 Points- Jonn Lind - 1 Points- -G-Snarls, johnhavok Lawrie - 2 Points- Orgfiller, NorthOf49, LetTheBallFly Melky - 2 Points- GD, Frenchsoup, o2cui2i,bowld, Gen.Disarray, Glock, wilko Reyes - 3 Points- Atothe, jays4life19,baseballsss Navarro - 5 Points- Pillar - 5 Points- Thole - 8 Points- Tolleson - 8 Points- Getz - 9 Points
  19. The link in the OP now links to the 2014 Cy predictor, where Buehrle is #2 behind Scherzer. It's good for lulz
  20. There wasn't exactly a clamouring for pillar specifically because he's some sort of saviour, just that since AA built a team with no backup OF or RH bench bat, he would have pretty much been the only option that fits that bill
  21. Lol at 3 of the top 4 in the NL being relievers...
