  1. Hitting development has actually been pretty good. Bo, Kirk, Moreno (traded) after vlad is pretty good. Getting 1 addition to the lineup on average per year is all you can really hope for when a team never tanks and bottom dwells for 5 seasons in a row. even getting 5 WAR out of Biggio in his first 4-ish seasons is far better than a lot of orgs get out of their 1st rounders.
  2. Yeah. THat video of Dahain Santos that someone posted in the prospects thread... im lookking at those 3 pitches and thinking.... 1st one wouldnt even get a sniff of a swing in the upper minors, let alone the majors it was so far out of the zone. The second one was a hanger that would probably have got murdered, but the third one was legit nasty. I wasn't left with a wow factor there overall like the clips you see from Tiedemann. Kid has time to improve sure, but ... like you said, it's like there is something missing in the system that fails to take a guy to the next level, unles it's already obvious that he will be a stud and all he needs is reps.
  3. This is probably your best work on this board to date
  4. That’s the Jays luck in this series perfectly encapsulated in one PA.
  5. There’s been an inordinate amount of ******** luck going the Sox way also. HRs and extra base hits with xbas under .100 ….so many seeing eye singles and broken bat flares. Walk off homer that’s a fly out in nearly all parks… Jays hitting line drives all over the park that are right the Defense…. Yes, the pitching has been less than ideal but Lady Luck is definitely s***ing all, over the Jays too
  6. Yet another garbage hit…wtf
  7. Not really a complaint, but why is a Chappy standing 4 miles away from the plate? This series he’s been totally getting worked on the outer half of the plate and letting easy strikes go by
  8. WTF. Any time dipshit did that last season he was out by 10 feet.
  9. Gausmna just threw that 4seamer at 88. I know he's probably trying to save his arm a bit but damn.
  10. It does kinda fell like the universe is delivering a big f*** YOU to the Jays doesnt it.
  11. Im on your side bro.
  12. Figures, line drive right at the D 101 MPH with an xba of .500
  13. Come on Danny, get one over that fence and make this a game
  14. Please never go to a series in Boston again. This is obviously your fault.
  15. Wow, something good happened. *small flag wave* 441 Feet. Destroyed another one.
  16. Ya know, that's one thing i've never heard paleontologists ever talk about... how big dinosaur dicks were.
  17. Lets be fair to Boston a minute here, Gausman has truly sucked with his fastball velo and location, his slider location and his changeup location. He;s not pitching well at all .
  18. I dont understand how they can be dead perfect with their swing decisions. Gausman isnt having a good day with his location admitedly but they just seem to know exactly what's coming every time
  19. LIterally every move they make is coming up golden. There's no way that was a hit and run.. yet.....
  20. TIme for a closed door player meeting - they need to get their f***ing heads out of their ass.
  21. I was listening to the Sox radio broadcast yesterday, they went over the numbers on this exact thing. Basically the Sox are less than 20% chase rate against the jays pitching in the series, the average chase rate for other teams facing Jays pitching is upwards of 35%.
  22. another ******** lucky hit. Sox have all the breaks this series.
  23. "Tiedemann exits start early with apparent arm injury...." "Tiedemann, 20, threw his 60th pitch of the outing in the fourth inning and immediately pointed to his arm and was removed."
  24. their first legit HR of the series
