    Bassitt is really struggling…like I know heat maps aren’t perfect indicators of where a hitter hits best, but it’s like Bassitt is intentionally throwing balls to where every hitter had red in the heat map

    I just don’t know who to blame here for the horrible approaches at the plate right now. Is it the players just being completely guess hitting? Is it the hitting strategy that they just don’t want to pull anymore and only want up the middle and oppo?

    Bassitt has thrown so many meatballs already and it’s the 2nd inning

    Bo is having the best season of his career so far, kinda hard to put anything at his feet. While Vlad should be hitting better, he’s still well above average in star territory. This has to do more with the pitching than anything

    I don’t get the logic behind bringing in Swanson behind Gausman. If anything it makes Swansons stuff play way down since the hitters have seen a better version of them all game long up to that point

    I really don’t like Swanson following Gausman. Swanson is just Gausman-lite. Same pitches, but not quite as good.
