  1. Wow, even worse from Kirk. That was atrocious
  2. Another waste of a PA from vlad Vale’s entire plate approach right now should be take everything until 2 strikes. He’d probably walk 30% of the time.
  3. Not to mention the pinpoint 4 seamers that led to it. Straight filth
  4. And this is why these idiots are on my ignore list.Don’t even know the basic rules of the game and cry about moves that can’t even be made.
  5. Man, that was a Vlad level idiotic baserunning mistake
  6. Mayza vs Garcia does not fill me with good feelings
  7. Yup, posted the savant pic above. That strike call that looked super low to Jung was also a strike. Barely…but it was.
  8. It was a strike, the TV zone is decidedly terrible this season for showing the top and bottom of the zone properly
  9. Confused by Chapman approach here, he let the outer half pitch go, then the inner half pitch go….what’s he looking for?
  10. Sure, but in general, extending catchers isn’t a great bet. It’s not like Jansen is the pinnacle of health
  11. Swanson warming up to follow Gausman again, they must have some data that makes them believe Swanson’s stuff plays up when doing this.
  12. Rangers are sitting offspeed, crank up that 96-98 heater
  13. Apparently, that one side view of him revealed a massive problem. He starts with his hands up and cocaine, then when he starts his leg movement the hands come down and slightly forward, then back again before they go forward. That’s a clusterf*** of hand movements destined to make you late and out of sync with the lower half
  14. Astute observations by Siddall on Vlads hands. I wonder why the hitting coach hasn’t fixed that obvious flaw yet
  15. Bo has such an excellent approach right now, it’s astonishing that pitchers don’t walk him more rather than watch him pound doubles the other way
  16. No it doesn’t make sense except to those who like keeping easily correctable human errors in games. The rule should be written so that if anything goes to review on a force play like this, they should only care about 1 thing and that’s if he’s definitively out. If they can’t make that call, he should be ruled safe.
  17. Welcome to the point. A simple tweaking of the rule would remove these incorrect calls.
  18. Anyone here been to this park? Looks pretty nice
  19. Was a good challenge, he was safe, but they just couldn’t call it correctly
  20. Heh, Jansen HR and no picks. Jansen going on a massive heater for the next few weeks, book it
  21. He was safe, but because of the stupid way the rule is written can’t be overturned. Had they called him safe, it would have stood also…
