  1. I thought that was old Tiger stadium.
  2. The call on the field should be secondary to making the correct call in my opinion.
  3. Big smile from Active. He knows Donaldson was safe.
  4. I don't understand this call. There is conclusive proof that he's safe from the home plate angle.
  5. Dickey has a 6.54 ERA in 31.2 innings in Houston, but with a nice 20/3 K/BB.
  6. I loved Austin Jackson? Let's see a quote. Regarding Alford, I already explained my rationale. I think the injury affected his numbers and we're now seeing his true skill level. I also think he has a compact swing and good pitch recognition which will help him cut down the strikeouts. I need to see more than a couple of bad months to change that opinion.
  7. Guys who have their talent shine through always have inexplicable 'skill changes'. That way stat scouts can never be wrong. I wonder why we hired Shapiro when all of the great minds are on this forum. The dumbass actually has dozens of scouts on his staff and listens to them a lot! Can you believe that guy?
  8. That's such a horseshit statement that has been proven wrong hundreds of times. It's unbelievable that people can be so full of themselves. Who needs scouts? Batista, Encarnacion, and Donaldson have never done anything in this league.
  9. Where would McGuire and Ramirez rank in the top 80?
  10. I'm sure Tulo can play in an emergency. Upton is a consideration as well.
  11. What's the deal with Liriano anyways? The trade is done, how long can he just sit in roster limbo?
  12. Barnes will be gone as soon as Liriano gets here. Also, this must mean that Donaldson and Tulo made significant progress with their injuries.
  13. I don't know why he would be on it in the first place.
  14. I've seen a few studies where they send controls with the same symptoms to different psychiatrists and they come back with a wide range of diagnoses from severe to mild and a laundry list of prescriptions.
  15. I got moderate in the same 3 as you and low in the rest.
  16. If you want to take it that way then sure. I like who I am. I'm smart, happy, healthy, and have a lot of good friends. I can easily accept whatever personality quirks or illnesses led to that combination.
  17. According to the board psychiatrists I have all of them, but I have my M.Sc. Entomology and healthy relationships so probably not. I can think of a couple OCD things I do, but Asperger's is a strange diagnosis if you knew me. I'm the polar opposite really. I question whether most 'mental illnesses' even exist, considering few or none can even be diagnosed quantitatively. They may all me within the normal spectrum of human behaviour.
  18. That really holds no interest for me. The fact that you believe I was right is plenty satisfying.
  19. His age, solid bat speed, and strong K/BB ratios give me reason for optimism. He's holding his own at age 21 in AA, I don't know what people expect.
  20. That may be true for his defense, but it significantly reduces the chance that we unlock the full potential in his bat in my opinion.
