  1. Garcia is throwing some pretty decent pitches this inning. Just some nice hitting from the Indians.
  2. Nice to see JD with a couple of knocks. The 'outs' stat in that box score is so unnecessary too.

The Raptors will never win with DeRozan as their primary option. They need a true star that can step up in the playoffs and take his game to another level.
  4. I didn't read the link, saves people from clicking.
  5. Kendrys Morales hasn't stolen a base since 2009, a year in which he had 3 of his 4 career steals. His last attempt was in 2012.
  6. He punched himself in the face after the outing.
  7. Considering the history of cheating in the Astros organization, this wouldn't surprise me at all. Good for them though, it got them a world series title.
  8. Atta boy Solarte! Cash these runs in.
  9. Canadian SP Mike Soroka called up by the Braves. Best of luck to him!
  10. Time to get Conor Fisk up to AAA, see if he has a realistic chance to be a major league reliever. He's looked awfully impressive so far, big velocity bump.
  11. I love Joey Votto, he's just the best.
  12. So why exactly should we ignore a recent season where a pitcher won the ERA title? It certainly counts for something when discussing his future performance, more than a season where he was injured in my opinion. We've got enough evidence by now to say that advanced metrics are undervaluing Sanchez' contributions, but people are still using them to say that he stinks. At some point, you just have to admit that he's a very good starting pitcher that is a huge part of this team.
  13. 5 fWAR and 9.1 rWAR in 385 innings is terrible. That's good to know.
  14. Nasty high cheese. I'd like to see more of that with 2 strikes.
  15. Nice to see 95+ from Sanchez tonight. It could be that it just took him a few starts to get going. I don't buy the intentional stuff.
  16. Can't be doing that, Hernandez.
  17. Even if he had a Hall of Fame career, those who have been wrong about Sanchez would still not admit it. Hoping for a good outing from him tonight!
  18. Thank JohnHavok and his superstitions I hope it pays off with a win!

  20. 6'6 215 for me with a pretty normal athletic build. I'd probably look sickly if I got under 190.
  21. f*** the Red Sox Lineups: 9- Betts 7- Benintendi 3- Ramirez 0- Martinez 5- Devers 4- Nunez 8- Bradley 2- Vazquez 6- Holt 1- Rodriguez Boston is 3-0 when Rodriguez has toed the rubber this season. He has given the Sox two straight quality starts after a short outing to start the year. In his last start, he allowed two earned runs in six innings against the Angels, striking out five. 7- Pearce 9- Hernandez 3- Smoak 5- Solarte 0- Morales 2- Martin 8- Pillar 4- Gurriel Jr. 6- Diaz 1- Sanchez Sanchez has experienced a dip in velocity. In 2016, he averaged 95.4 mph on his two-seam fastball, but in a recent outing against the Yankees that dropped to an average of 92.8. Sanchez has three quality starts in four outings this year.
