  1. I took Hart
  2. He’s typically streaky. Not on one of the good streaks obviously
  3. You likely filtered and it saved your settings.
  4. I didn’t scroll down enough for him apparently. I like that pick
  5. Even Baseball Reference keeps them completely separated
  6. Why did Fangraphs put post-season numbers in their career stats? Like even as a casual I don’t want to look at post-season stats unless I wanted to go looking for them. What was the thinking there? It doesn’t seem to align with their base, unless I’m missing something
  7. Well, expanded playoffs kind of dilutes it and makes it not so amazing.
  8. I messaged JB
  9. Something akin to trading premium assets for Matt Harvey when it was apparent he was cooked. Which I did with Abom so I guess he paid the world back
  10. Just went to look for Google Doc again and this was on same page. Not trying to say anything bad about Abom but this is one of the worst picks off all time
  11. I took Huerter
  12. It won’t be Min after they saw what Royce Lewis can do

Not speaking about this particular incident, but as you’re making a general point, I’ll say I don’t really agree. Can you really imagine being super famous and having a camera shoved in your face all the time. And be honest here, seems like you have some bad days… I mean, you can’t picture just not feeling it one day?
  14. I picked Draymond
  15. Yeah I was making a separate point actually. Anyways, I think I touched on the fact that there’s nothing written that says you NEED that. It’s just, when for 3 straight years it’s been a failure because of BO failures, it’s hard to ignore it.
  16. You don’t know what the outcome would’ve been of course even with that guy, but you can say you addressed it and than chalk it up to randomness You can’t ignore the need and than be like “randomness”
  17. I mean of course you don’t technically NEED it, but now this is literally after 3 years of coming up short for it.. 3 years ago using a journeyman RP that would be in the minors the next year in a tie game late inning playoff spot, 2 years ago missing the playoffs entirely, and this year where having that guy probably would’ve extended their postseason
  18. No doubt there’s been some positive improvements, even recently with guys like Bass and Pop. But we’re talking someone you have a good amount of confidence in the 8th or 9th inning, or even earlier with a slim lead playoff time. Someone like Bass isn’t that guy even if he’s a quality BP arm. As mentioned, that’s just a piece you need to find as a title contender. It’s not so important to a team built for the regular season chasing a WC
  19. I’m not making any bold thing here, I think most agree we need one more shut down BP guy. You either develop it, which Jays haven’t. Or you buy it, or trade for it. Santos didn’t work out, but neither did Molina. Can’t say it wasn’t worth the try.
  20. What’s the Rays history with RP deals. I don’t know, I’m curious
  21. If they don’t want to spend, he needs to do a bold “Sergio Santos” move or he’s just a Pusso. And if next year starts going like the last, maybe he shouldn’t even be at the helm at the deadline
  22. This is your prime time Spanky, are you going to step up to the mic so I can smack your ass down too? Or you’re just going to post a GiF from your crazy cat lady Yourube channel you like so much? Or you’ve gotten good at coloring in the lines by now?
  23. Also the info available at the time shouldn’t be a f***ing FG page lol. Teams “info they have at the time” should be their internal assessments based on everything One teams 45 FV is another’s teams 30 or potential 60. Same that goes for projections. That’s what they’re paid millions for. Produce At least Min fans can be happy Berrios is terrible atm. Imagine if he was really good, and it’s like “well it’s ok because we got a fair return at the time” lol… god forbid their scouting and analytics team graded the prospects differently than FG showed and passed on them for other prospects
  24. Just to spin the wheels last time before I quit, pro sports is based on results. Ws, Ls, good moves, bad moves… that’s what gets people fired and let’s them keep their job. The ones with “good processes” can usually get hired by someone else after they get canned though You may be right with the latter point, but I’ll wager you if Jays underperform again next year, he’s gone.
  25. I’m the best poster here bro I’m the boards Tatis
