  2. Let me know if pops wants to sue you, I'll help him out
  3. They ranked him 4th (same as us), put an 8 on his fastball, and said that he's probably a right-handed Aroldis Chapman but could be a frontline starter. Our 50th percentile outcome was basically "closer or something like Brandon Morrow". I'm not really sure why you are such a loser but it's entertaining so please continue to suck.
  4. We do our best to model a true Democratic Monarch-Republic
  5. The Alejandro Kirk writeup is the best.
  6. I will probably change my team name on the occasion of this dispersal draft. Please make suggestions. I am considering: - The Wet Blankets - The Welchers
  7. They are as down on Warmoth as we were!
  8. Yes, you would have the flexibility to keep any of the following combinations: 22 MLB + 10 MiLB 21 MLB + 11 MiLB 20 MLB + 12 MiLB 19 MLB + 13 MiLB 18 MLB + 14 MiLB And I would assume the BORED in-season minor league roster cap is 14 players. Someone from there could clarify how it all works for them. This would indeed have to start in 2020. Too late now for 2019, as Dinger says. Teams have already made trades with our current limits in mind.
  9. That's correct for now. I can't imagine FTD will actually dump Trout into this thing. There are probably 2 or 3 managers who could maybe want to opt in but have not spoken up yet so it could grow a little bit. If it stays small we should be able to rifle through it
  10. McLogenhagen confused Waguespack with Winckowski "Winckowski was added to the 40-man this offseason and we may see him in a relief role next year. He sits 90-94 and has an above-average slider." The list is a bit different. https://blogs.fangraphs.com/top-34-prospects-toronto-blue-jays/
  11. I mean you get 6 hours before and/or after the freeze period for your window. I'm more inclined to make it 12-6 AM for the freeze period, or 1-7 AM.
  12. Can't wait to see how many 45-55 FVs we have!!!
  13. PARTICIPANTS - should we do the normal draft window rules (12 hours, shrinking by half with every missed window) or something a bit different (6 hour windows but the clock won't run between midnight and 7 am)??
  14. PECOTA came out. Toronto is at 75 wins, which is I think the same as Steamer. https://legacy.baseballprospectus.com/fantasy/dc/index.php?tm=TOR Hates: Sanchez, Borucki, McKinney, Jansen (mostly his defense). Likes: Vlad, Gurriel, Shoemaker, Paulino, SRF, Thornton
  15. Can't wait to get my tiny little hands on Kevin Maitan

Is it, uhh, weird for a championship competitor to be filling our their team with multiple buyout players?

The NBA has such weird economics
  18. He's about to explode
  19. It's no worse than some of the other lists, honestly.
  20. Alfaro is a bit of a freak athlete. Cannon arm, big raw power that should show up at some point. I think he's going to be pretty good, he just doesn't project to be good right now. He's like a rich man's JPA.
  21. Probably depends what you think of Jorge Alfaro. I guess it's a fair trade. Alfaro has been decently productive but there is downside risk there. I retract my penis up into my body.

The hate for Gardiner is mind-blowing. Leafs fans are garbage.
  23. I'm sure any league winner would happily fold and glue so they could gloat
