  1. Looks like that's what he needs to gain eligibility (P = games to play)
  2. Need 5 starts or 10 appearances for Yahoo eligibility. He's currently at 2 C starts according to BR, and he's DHing tonight. It was something I was monitoring when thinking of trading for him. Would have upped my offers but his C starts seem to have stalled out (had 2 starts in a 4 day span when Avila was cold, but hasn't been back there for almost a month now). I think at this point, he probably doesn't get 5 starts there, unless Avila gets hurt, which is entirely possible.
  3. I think Skaggs and Rosario is a good return for AGon. Don't really understand the inclusion of Glasnow and pick #6, but I'll just assume that KK got haggled into it. I think Glasnow is wildly overrated anyway, and the value gap between #6 and #14 isn't really that large.

Could make a case that T.Ross basically cost them the series. Absolute garbage for 7 games.

No help from the refs, but the Raptors can only blame themselves because they played poorly enough to be in a position where they really needed help from the officials. I don't understand why Lowry didn't just move the rock at the end. Triple teamed with six seconds left and he just elects to dribble into three big bodies... had to realize that he wasn't going to get a call. Oh well. Basketball is dumb.
  6. June draft forced promotion updates: Brandon Maurer (GP) and Aaron Hicks (Slayers) look like the only MiLB properties that even have a chance of reaching our cutoffs before the draft.
  7. Wow, just read about Morrow losing a finger and Stroman getting the call. Stro will at some point be my first graduated MiLBer. :') And to think I made an offer for Morrow a couple of weeks ago.... Maybe I should trade Stroman for AGon?
  8. I'd love Mauer for the rest of the year, but not sure if he'd be much of an upgrade over Carlos Ruiz.
  9. Note that I could have made an Ike Davis crack during this exchange, but I chose not to. Fantasy baseball gods will surely smile upon me.
  10. I own him in a keeper league... I feel like he's already had five DTD injuries this year.
  11. Ryu and Davis and Henderson and Kelly all with surprise DL trips in the last two weeks. Whoopee! Time to rebuild.
  12. Tolleson / Mune straight platoon @2B is probably the optimal current roster construction
  13. Looking for a CF upgrade, a keeper SS, and power. Have an extra first round pick to dangle. Also have a couple of young plugs in Mike Olt and Randall Delgado, some SP surplus in the back end department, a sitting closer in Matt Lindstrom that I don't care for, and some mobile prospects. Also, I'd probably trade Ryu for the ideal bat. Anyone selling what I'm looking for?
  14. Bench should be: Diaz/Mune Gose Thole An actual RH bat with pop (or even Kratz/Mastro/Pillar). Cut Sierra. Nowhere for Fat Juan, unfortunately.
  15. On-base Percentage Against - Worst Record Record Holder On-base Percentage Against Single Week Bye Week (Week 1) .386 Single Week, All Time The Uphill Gardners (Week 20, Season 2013) .419 Season Bye Week .341 Season, All Time Bye Week (Season 2014) .386 Boxy sweeping the negative pitching record books
  16. Stroman tonight: 6.0 0 0 0 1 10 http://closeentertainment.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/spiderman-3-faceoh-no-they-didnt----leonardo-dicaprio-plays-the-doting-uncle-in-gga07xgt.jpg
  17. It'll hurt for you when Henderson outperforms Balfour ROS and you gave up pick 16 for the downgrade, but it will hurt for me equally when Villar goes 20/20 and Zobrist loses SS eligibility in the offseason... ugh fantasy baseball is dumb At least Raul Mondesi Jr. is killing it
  18. Super common for fringe starters to turn into excellent relievers. Cecil!
  19. 15 strikeouts with a 1.96 FIP in 10.2 relief innings. Those numbers are by no means stable or predictive, but he's probably a much better SP eligible RP than Todd.
  20. I'd drop Redmond or Hanigan before Paco.
  21. There was definitely once a time, in the long long ago, when Mike Fiers was a "dude": http://www.fangraphs.com/blogs/mike-fiers-or-marco-estrada-for-the-future/
  22. Anyone remember why Mike Fiers only pitched ~40 innings total last year?
