  1. If I didn't sort of kind of run this stupid league I probably would. You agree that it's lame as f though, right? I mean, just f***ing accept or reject it... even if you say "Changed my mind, I can't do it right now", then that's fine. If you double change your mind you can offer it back.
  2. Maybe the increased HR and K rates have something to do with each other. Too many strikes? Different pitch mix that has more variance in result?
  3. Two more HR against for Shields. 5.06 FIP, 2.89 xFIP. 12.10, 2.63 are the ratios. Tipping his fastball (or something like that), or just a small SS? 51+ innings is small, but not tiny.
  4. Ever had someone refuse to accept or reject a trade that they initially offered in a trade note, and then ignore repeated messages across days/weeks before finally saying "hey sorry it's a tough decision, you can feel free to leave the offer open" ???? Odd. Rude, really.
  5. 4.78 FIP in the best start of his career perspective
  6. Wow, Allen Craig is so bad that Boston was able to outright him off the 40
  7. I like this post but it's too soon so I can't thanks it
  8. I am the New Real True Cardinals. #1 staff #Poo bats
  9. Silverdumn, I have to cancel my standing Buchholz for CarGo joke offer because it's starting to look too legitimate.
  10. Still trying. I don't like his thumb position in this picture: http://ww2.hdnux.com/photos/35/30/77/7704533/11/920x920.jpg
  11. holy f*** Max Scherzer in the NL is nice
  12. Hot dealz. And I was going to offer a better pick... tsk tsk
  13. I might give you a pick for Ax. I'll maybe send you a note later or tomorrow.
  14. Buxton = Sale and Freeman I think, lol.
  15. Dinger basically just got really lucky twice. Lucky drafting Buxton where he did, and then lucky in the early goings that someone was naive enough to trade him what he got for Buxton. Take the Buxton things away and Dinger is just an overconfident guy who will give you a premium package for every productive 35 year old that you can drum up. Albert Pujols is the quintessential Oso Blanco.
  16. That tab was there before on the right side. They just moved it over to make room for the sweet MLB.com emblem.
  17. We can edit anyone's lineup and put a player on the DL. The limitation in Yahoo is that DL to DL trades cannot happen.
  18. I have to go to bed but if Gibbers does not come back or accept the trade tonight then another commish can do it, since it's a viable transaction as described above, if they feel so inclined and don't hate TRM too much to appease him thusly.
  19. You don't need us to do it. Just trade him Odorrizi for Bailey in Yahoo. Then you can drop Jones, DL Bailey, and add Nola. You shouldn't even have to drop Lagares, I don't think. (as a general announcement, we don't commish process a trade to place a player directly on your DL. It's a Yahoo limitation so we hold to it.)
  20. you seem really annoying. I never noticed you before like, yesterday though... odd considering you have 3k posts
