  1. Not one for one, that's why I specified when I read the "partial" headline. WTF, you young libs love twisting facts to fit your narratives.
  2. Yeah it was me. I think I'd rather go with the athletic, versatile, non base clogging option in Moreno. I'm just worried about Kirk's body holding up.
  3. No kidding.. When I first read the partial headline and saw Moreno's name involved with Arizona, I thought we landed Carrol.
  4. This was the main objective or at least made Ross convince himself he's winning this one. We still paid too much.
  5. You know how there's always a few GMs in the league that you prey on due to the high probability of you coming way out on top in a trade?
  6. I wish it was Kirk rather than Moreno.
  7. Moreno's on base numbers will be always better than Varsho's
  8. I don't think anyone hates on Varsho but we paid too much.
  9. So how does Moreno not fit that narrative?
  10. Ross Atkins is a f***ing moron.
  11. We hold all the cards and this is what Ross did?
  12. It seems to me that Gurriel is becoming a better overall hitter as he approaches 30, similar to his brother. He was willing to sacrifice some power last season in order to improve all his other metrics. I'm really liking the way he's now letting the ball travel a bit more with no issues hitting the ball hard the other way. I'd like to see him play in at least 75% of the games next season, as i don't think he'll disappoint.
  13. Shave off some years from KK and give us the Rays pen. KK can then make his 125 starts in CF.
  14. Agreed, but Ross better add another LHH outfielder. Going with this to start the season is unacceptable in a contending year.
  15. KK shouldn't be getting starts over Gurriel no matter who's pitching. Late inning defence, no problem.
  16. So KK is higher on the outfield depth chart than Gurriel?
  17. Can't complain about this signing.
  18. Ross will sign Michael Brantley and call it a day as far as the outfield is concerned. Could probably sign him short term, one plus a team option. Benintendi probably looking for at least three years.
  19. Pitchers use many more body parts when delivering a baseball outside of their pitching arm. Are you even serious with that comment?
  20. Yeah, I'm not sure what the details are myself. I'd love to see Tiedemann break camp and set the league on fire. It may look like Stripling could be back on a three year deal (3/40?).
  21. Kikuchi and Pearson will serve better in the pen. Kikuchi looked really comfortable coming out of the pen last year and Pearson should only be throwing 30 pitches max at any given time if management wants him to stay healthy.
  22. I think we're going to see Tiedemann up here in May and then pick up another arm at the deadline. How many innings you think Tiedemann is good for this season?
  23. Two time Silver Slugger established middle of the order bat is worth a lot more than a seventh inning arm and a prospect that has no command currently. Why so many idiots sucking Ross' ahole?
  24. Who gives a f*** about Bellinger? Let's just see how intends to counter trading Teo for pine tar.
