  1. This is on Shatkins, period.
  2. This is on Shatkins, not Montoya. This day should have been planned a week ago. Front office and Montoya need to be cleared the f*** out.
  3. That's what I was thinking. How the f*** is Vladdy not in the line up on a day where you'd expect a half decent crowd vs the Red Sox? This is some horrific PR work. Resting a 20 year old, LMFAO.
  4. Lol, why?
  5. Buck was actually trying to say that given the speed of the runner, you'll be able to earn some cheap base hits.
  6. I believe in comfort levels with some players as far as where they're hitting in the order. Vladdy has been hitting anywhere from 2-4 his whole life. That's where he belongs, he's a boss and he knows it. Getting Vladdy a guaranteed first inning AB is a no brainer.
  7. Montoya wasn't even on anybody's radar until Rocco Baldelli opened up his big mouth. Atkins fell for it, hook, line and sinker. The ignorance on this team starts from the top.
  8. McKinney should be playing for the Leafs in the Inter County League down at the Pits.
  9. Was Hudson available tonight? Would have been a better option than Law under these circumstances.
  10. FFS Danny, drop down.
  11. That looked like a suicide squeeze, not a safety.
  12. You have to have Davis or Alford on the 25 man as Grichuk is not an every day option in CF imo. I guess LF can be patch worked until late June, then call up Biggio and option McKinney.
  13. Stroman giving up a lot of hard contact early on.
  14. One would think Revere would have been the player called up since we now only have three natural outfielders.
  15. Why? I was just stating he looked pissed for making the error and looked determined in getting the inning started on a positive note leading off the inning.
  16. I don't know how long we can go with only three outfielders, something has to done obviously. Then again, we're talking about Ross' asset management skills here.
  17. Davis got some serious wheels.
  18. I obviously didn't mean that he said to himself he would hit a HR to make up for the error moron.
  19. Next move, Mckinney down Biggio up.
  20. Galvis did look determined jogging into the dugout in between innings.
  21. The only difference is rule definition. I get what you're saying though, the player deliberately invited contact to create a positive outcome.
  22. I agree, but it would have been close to hitting him even if he didn't turn his shoulder.
  23. You have to admit, Charlie's use of the pitching staff has been good.
  24. OPS all of a sudden at .733 also. Talk about gapping up.
