  1. That would be cool if McKinney wasn't already a proven pos.
  2. You guys need to relax with the attacks, it's getting old.
  3. Yup.. Fisher has the obvious higher upside and needs consistent playing time. The asset handling has been horrible. Atkins needs to let go of McKinney for a while and give Fisher every day ABs, especially with Gurriel out.
  4. Says the newbie sucking the acceptance *******.
  5. Ya'll have a lot of flea markets in Cambridge?
  6. Kershaw tip toeing through the mine field again.
  7. Holy f*** Bo.. Two HR's off of Kershaw?
  8. f***ing umps are brutal
  9. Oh just f*** off.
  10. WOW, that was a strike?
  11. Looking back at that Seager double, Smoak could have clearly fielded that ball. SRF can't catch a break it seems.
  12. It appears that Smoak was close enough to at least dive for that ball. His range is gone.
  13. Man, the ump really f***ed Foley with that missed call in the previous at bat, but he hung that breaking ball.
  14. f*** you ump
  15. Fair enough.
  16. I like Jansen's defense, but it appears (to me anyway) that McGuire is the better defender from what i've seen so far.
  17. I take it you disagree? How about adding something as to why you think this is funny, instead of just posting lol.
  18. Although Jansen's defense has improved a lot since last year, McGuire is clearly the better defender.
  19. So now Bichette has another hat hanging moment by taking one of the best starting pitchers in history deep in his first AB against him, sprinkle in a few MLB records and you have several life long achievements in less than a month.
  20. I think it's pretty obvious that the plan was to be aggressive early in the count against Pearson to try and avoid being behind early. The 88 pitches in 7 innings of work seems to support the theory.
  21. I'll I'm saying is that Davis imo has earned a shot at an extended look, just like Brito and Hanson were given.
  22. We need to throw as much s*** on the wall as possible. Isn't that what Atkins is doing? Brito? Hanson? Are you f***ing kidding me?
  23. Classic case of a new GM wanting to give players he brought in a fair shake rather than an inherited one. I know Davis is a bit older, but not that old, as he just turned 27 this year. He's still young enough to contribute 5-6 good years of service. His defense and base running are superior to anybody else's on the 25 man, so it's totally plausible that Atkins should be giving him an extended look. I'd bet Davis would put up a better OBP than any of our current OF's also, except for Gurriel.
  24. Let's hope Zeuch's career even somewhat resembles Clancy's. We might get lucky and have 3-4 of our young pitching prospects turn out to be something. Things could get very interesting in a few years.
  25. T.J Zeuch reminds me a lot of Big Jim Clancy.
