    Rookie workloads for position players is some made up stupid s*** that some moron came up with. A positional playing rookie literally doesn't need much time off at all, maybe once/twice a month on top of scheduled days off.

    Only an irresponsible GM would bank on something like this. I think spending on a legit #1 or 2 along with a proven durable #3-4 would do this team a world of good in so many ways. The investment would be well worth it.

    In all fairness, who gives a f*** about Smoak getting a few extra cookies to hit. Vladdy should be batting fourth based on merit alone, nevermind the fact that he's a major piece of our future and Smoak is obviously not. Maybe Smoak has nice SSS vs Morton, idk, but it's f***ing embarrassing. Edit.. Didn't see where Smoak is 0-8 vs Morton. Double up on the embarrassment.

    It's definitely not as bad now that the catcher has to provide a lane, but once he catches the ball, he can jump back in leading with his shin guards. Fingers can break real easy doing that.
