At least this way the fans can build a relationship with the players which would make winning a WS and the road leading to it more passionate.     I think we can almost realistically look at Springer as a league average player moving forward, hopefully not. Hopefully one of our younger players can excel in an outfield spot to absorb some of it. I'd rather have The Weekend do some Ohtani courting opposed to loser Drake, lol.
