    Jays vs Royals baby
  2. Stangstag
    Spanky was that you?
  3. Stangstag
No. The question is which 2 of Dickey/Stroman/Estrada will start.
  4. Stangstag
Yeah. Its great to be optimistic, but we also have to be realistic. Nobody recovers from this injury in 2-3 weeks, let alone recovering enough to swing a f***ing baseball bat at an elite level.

    Yankees game for sure

I feel like AA know's Tulo won't be back, he's just scared to admit it to media.
  7. Stangstag
Mets royally f***ing up this inning
  8. Stangstag
So what you're saying is run diffential means jack s***? Yup, sounds about right.
  9. Stangstag
Yeah I find it funny that Lawrie is playing 2B every day while Valencia is at 3B. Valencia is doing quite well as an everyday player for the A's. I still think we should have kept Valencia over Colabello, but whatever.

Maybe. I don't think we can label Travis as injury-prone just yet though. He had the same injury that never healed properly and was re-injured.

Can anyone tell me exactly how it works when selling tickets that technically don't exist on stubhub? Would the money only be charged/paid once the games are made official? What happens with unplayed games?

It's very unlikely Edwin and Bautista will both be re-signed. It is NOT unlikely that Tulo will provide more WAR per season than either of them.
  13. Stangstag
Aaaaaand you took it even further with your reply to burlingtonbandit
  14. Stangstag
More like a move that someone with no brain would make. Both Edwin and Bautista are FA's in 2017.
  15. Stangstag
Dude just stop. You're coming off as a huge douche
  16. Stangstag
    You are definitely drunk tonight
  17. Stangstag
    I don't understand your question
  18. Stangstag
You also have to be okay with the fact that you might not end up with tickets. That's just how bargaining works though. You gotta wait it out and hope the price comes down, but sometimes you end up with nothing for waiting to long. Either way, i'm sure there will posters on this board selling tickets for 1.5x or 2x face value.

I still don't think Goins is an everyday SS. He is perfect in the role he has now, bench guy and backup infielder.
  20. Stangstag
And I remember his contract being pretty ludicrous when he was first signed by Miami. Funny how baseball works

I'm saying we were stuck with Reyes anyways for 2016 and 2017 at 22 million a year. The evaluation in question should be whether or not AA believes Tulo to be worth 54 million from 2018-2020, since that's the extra money we are taking on past the Reyes contract we would have had anyways.
  22. Stangstag
I wouldn't be surprised to see a new rule implemented next year that prevents rough slides into 2nd.
  23. Stangstag
Middle infield of Tulo-Travis with Goins as the bench guy/injury back-up.
  24. Stangstag
Yes, because you are swapping 2.5 years of Reyes for 2.5 years of Tulo. A more important evaluation would be Tulowitzki's age 33-35 seasons for 54 million dollars. (After the Reyes contract would have been over)

Buehrle pitches in relief for the last series in Tampa if we have the division clinched.
