    Wonder if sportsnet will push Schulman/Buck to mention the score more often and describe things a bit better for the radio crowd. Wouldn’t surprise me if the television broadcast suffers because of this

    Looking at the trade package they got for Arenado, we might be able to pry Marquez for something like McGuire + Grichuk + Kay. That's some solid major league talent.

    Still lookin thick. Although to be fair, Gurriel is probably one of the leanest/slimmest guys on the team so he looks worse in comparison.

    Its a pretty fair deal for both sides i’d say. Very good chance he has a major injury at some point before free agency and who knows if he can actually sustain his current numbers, he has like 150 games total so far or something? If he ends up being a consistent superstar (low chance?) then he only sacrificed maybe 50-100mil. By signing this contract he sets up the next 5 or so generations of his family for life. Worth it.

    Guys, Paxton’s contract has incentives for 10 games pitched and 20 games pitched. I think there’s some serious injury concerns

    I don’t understand how Vlad continues to have high/unrealistic projections after failing to come close to his projections the for the last 2 seasons. Meanwhile Gurriel has been solid the past couple seasons and the projections don’t like him at all. Also the projections don’t believe in Teoscar’s monster 2020.

    No f***ing clue. Vlad hasn’t proven much yet and doesn’t deserve to bat any higher than 6th in this lineup. EDIT: kinda makes me believe not a lot of people actually watched the jays last year

    Im glad we got Beeston out, that was much needed. His stance on Boras clients was dumn. If AA chose to leave because he didn’t want to work with Shapiro then fine, his choice.

    I REALLY REALLY hope the Angels sign Bauer. Need to see Trout in the playoffs again before he retires/declines like come on.

    Ah yes, he was exposed by Tampa Bay in 2 games with like 7 at bats. Against two of the best pitchers in baseball. Definitely a liability at the plate.

    Would be hilarious if this deal fell through, but I wouldn’t mind too much. Brantley is kinda overkill and unnecessary, pitching is more important
