    Sucks to give up on Martin already... and SWR makes it hurt way more. On the other hand, how many prospects did we trade at the 2015 deadline and how many actually turned out to be major leaguers? Like 1? Matt Boyd?

    I heard Martin has some kind of hand injury he's been playing through... maybe they think this injury is a bad one and he'll miss significant development time next year??

    Maybe the FO is thinking we give Story the QO and he accepts it? 1 year deal to bet on himself and erase the possibility of having a QO/draft pick tied to him in the future.... otherwise yeah seems like a weird fit. Maybe they have a trade for Lourdes/Teo in the works and plan to use Biggio in the OF? EDIT: Also if Story accepted a 1 year deal for 2022 then he wouldn't have to compete in free agency with Correa and Semien who are both way better

    Its obvious why they’ve decided to keep the entire 500 level closed... doesn’t makes sense to have extra staff for an entire level when capacity is only 15,000 anyways. As for adjusting the pricing, I suppose they could have done something like that... but why? If they know people are willing to spend 40$ per ticket why reduce the price just because? The reason there are seats available is because they released a bunch of new tickets yesterday and not many are aware of it. They initially sold out within minutes on the day tickets became available to the general public.
