    Are we really arguing that this decision to push for homefield advantage is a financial move?? Come on guys it’s obviously a competitive advantage to play at home. The WC series in Tampa 2020 was a disaster

    Apparently that’s not happening. Kay has said he won’t do it unless YES forces him. He doesn’t want to work with a crew he doesn’t know and he also doesn’t want to take the moment away from the Apple crew.

    Haven't his home/road splits been drastic all season? He's absolutely terrible on the road but the home numbers are decent... I still don't trust him though

    Worst case scenario would be they lose 3/4 against the Rays, start Manoah on game 162 and still lose that game and play the WC on the road

    Wouldn’t be surprised if they used Manoah out of the bullpen in one of those WC games too though
