  1. I’ll take Paredes tonight
  2. I still think the Jays finish ahead of the Orioles this season, 1 series doesn’t change my mind However next year and beyond I think it will be a coin toss on who is better
  3. Yup its all frustrating. Could be random luck or could be an organizational issue. Or maybe just a coaching issue. Hard for us to tell really.
  4. Plenty of opportunities to win this one and they squandered all of them. f***ing embarrassing at this point
  5. Berrios would probably be best, yeah. Or Kikuchi. Then Varsho to Catcher if needed
  6. Its so crazy, you could run simulations for a month and probably never get results as bad as the Jays have had the past week
  7. Yeah like if those teams had lost to Texas in 2015 and then Orioles in the wildcard, do we look at AA as favorably? Hell no. That could have been the 2021 and 2022 jays but it just wasn’t in the stars. Maybe we get those moments in 2023/2024.
  8. Keirmaier is like the only one f***ing trying right now. This team is awful to watch currently
  9. Another 0-2 with RISP that inning Im just gonna stop watching for a few days
  10. WHAT THE f*** ARE THESE GUYS DOING holy s*** man this is ridiculous
  11. Jesus christ this team is fundamentally broken right now
  12. Still young and dumb, hopefully grows out of it
  13. Its hard to argue the Orioles aren’t in a better spot going forward, but the Jays had chances in 2021 and 2022 when the Orioles weren’t good enough to compete yet. If we made a deep run in 2021 or 2022 are we looking at this period as a failure?? Idk just had bad breaks both years. We wasted 2 seasons of great teams. Now we’ll have to battle it out with the rest of the AL East teams and it will definitely be harder. Also I’m not convinced the Orioles will actually sign any significant free agent pitchers so they won’t be as good as they could be. Angelos is a hack
  14. I feel like this year we’re always looking at Gausman to end the bleeding
  15. Not really too concerned…. He’s a great hitter. I think maybe his conditioning this offseason went out the window with his Wife’s pregnancy and birth during spring training. That few weeks of missed time really f***ed him. I’m really just seeing parallels with Vladdy’s 2020. Kirk has to work on his weight this offseason.
  16. I feel like this is when the players start to lose respect for the manager. Dumb mistakes that the players can catch but the Manager doesn’t. Are we looking at a 2nd straight year where we fire the Manager mid-season and go with the bench coach?? I guess we’ll see
  17. I feel like the Jays have historically performed badly in May the last few years
  18. TBH, this game was cursed from the start with LTBF creating a GDT on the wrong day
  19. Lol damn I guess you could make that argument based on the current stats
