    Why are you asking for proof if you aren’t going to believe anything they’re saying?? Use your head man, the terrible RISP numbers are not just bad luck at this point. And for the record, players HAVE mentioned the “just make contact” thing this season. Can’t recall exactly when but I remember hearing it at least 2 or 3 times from different players

    Yeah it’s insanity. Like if you ran the projections 100 times you probably come up with the 1-14 result once.

    Yes, that’s exactly what happened. They saw the shift change + base change and decided on a whole new hitting philosophy trying to be the progressive team. And it totally backfired

    Its even worse. 1-15 against the Redsox and Os. Thats it. Thats the season right there. 6-7 against the Yankees/Rays is totally fine. Its the 1-15 that’s tanking the season

    He gave up 2 rocket doubles to start the game, and a hard hit single. Another rocket double in the 2nd. Other than that, a lot of weak contact. The doubles were all on middle-middle pitches.

    Sooo… Orioles didn’t add a good starter Yankees added nothing Whitsox didn’t trade Cease Royals didn’t trade Sal Angels didn’t trade Ohtani, added instead Cubs didn’t trade Stroman or Bellinger Cardinals sold half the team Padres didn’t trade Snell Wacky deadline this year. Jays actually did ok compared to most teams.

    Teo would have been nice to get back but it seems the Ms are still trying to compete this year. They traded Sewald but the bullpen is still solid.
