    Probably because Florida has a lot of people that are only there during the winter? Less people around in the summer months?? Idk.

    Marlins are literally half game out of a playoff spot right now and have the 2nd worst attendance in the league after Oakland. Tampa is 4th, beating only Oakland, Miami, and KC. Florida is an embarrassment for MLB

    Im just so sick of the “location” complaint for excusing TB’s lack of attendance. And then they go and put out this plan for a stadium in the same spot. Miami has a great new stadium and they still have terrible attendance issues. Even when they were in the playoff hunt the last couple years throughout the summer. Florida just doesn’t care about attending baseball games, plain and simple. Unless its the WBC of course

    Im aware last year was the first season to do it, but it was announced before the season started. Therefore, its been almost 2 years since the new format was implemented. Regardless, how did Wilko completely miss what happened to the Jays last year

    Yeah. Totally fine though IMO. We know what happened last year… plus the Jays offense has been extremely bad at home this year. Win the WC series and we are guaranteed at least 1 home game in the ALDS

    Im fully expecting one of the guys in your first set to be the first guy coming out of the pen in a tight playoff game.

    Well, we know the truth is that he tested positive for a banned substance and got suspended for it. Im not willing to speculate on whether or not he ingested/injected said substance when we don’t even know what the actual levels were in his test results. Its not like MLB is popping guys left and right for the same substance. I don’t really buy the story of drugs being transferrable via touch, to a level that MLB would ban a player for said substance being in their system. Many many guys have been caught crying that they were innocent only to later be revealed as liars. How many guys have succeeded in clearing their names after claiming they were framed?

    Sorry but I just can’t believe any of these guys that claim they were “framed” or never used. Usually turns out they’re lying through their teeth. Ryan Braun fooled us and we won’t get fooled again.

    2 absolute insane probabilities in a row. (Jays getting swept by Texas, then Jays sweeping their next series and Texas getting swept) Would be looking alot comfier if we could’ve just split with Texas. Its gonna be tight the whole way til the end.

    If you think about all the clutchest moments from the last couple years, Teo was responsible for like 90% of them. The comeback against the Rangers on opening day, the homer against the Yankees at home, that playoff performance vs Seattle, several other walkoff hits, etc
