Yeah thats what im starting to think. I thinks he’s entitled to a full-time role, and fair enough since he just signed a large deal. But the Bo situation throws a wrench in things.
To me the only question here is can you fit all 3 of Tony/Springer/Bo into the lineup? And that doesn't need to be adressed until Bo is ready to go.
I don't see why Tony and Springer can't split DH/OF for the remaining 6 games.
Right and as i mentioned before... maybe Santander is insulted to not be given a full-time roll coming back, and maybe that has caused a bit of friction.
I do agree he'd be a great option off the bench
You know there’s gonna be some wacky bullpen usage in the playoffs. Lets just hope all the right levers are pulled and guys do the job they are supposed to do.
If the Jays can go 3-3 you have to feel pretty comfortable. That leaves the Yankees with 0 margin for error.
Pretty confident we can do it. I really dislike giving Scherzer another start though, we’ll see. Hopefully last start was a blip.
Its just so inconsistent. You hear the “100% conclusive” rule for overturning a play, yet there are times a play is overturned that’s definitely NOT conclusive.
It should be the same umps in the replay room permanently, to keep things consistent.
Seattle just demolished Jason Alexander, the dude that completely shut us down last week. Gotta love baseball.
I do not want to see the Mariners in the playoffs
Most encouraging thing about this win js that the Offense is still alive. And that’s without Kirk, Bo, Santander.
Congrats on securing a postseason spot to these guys!
