    Another fun possibility is that the Yankees have their game rained out tonight. Would mean they would have to play the makeup on Monday after the final day of the season.... which could put us in an even worse spot if we can't clinch on Sunday. It may come down to us praying the Yanks lose a makeup game on Monday afternoon. Fun times.

    I wonder if we lose tonight, do you even bother wasting those bullets against the Rays. Really wonder if they even use Gausman on Sunday if our magic number isn't 1 at that point. If a win Sunday secures the division, gotta go all out. If we require a win AND a Yankees loss, I don't think i'd start Gausman. Although I don't even know what the replacement would be.

    This core has not stepped up at any time down the stretch these last few seasons. Now would be a great time but im not holding my breath.

    Yeah i believed we would need to go 3-3 on this homestand to have a comfortable chance. They just made it harder now, need to go 3-1

    Seems the ALDS is much more in-demand than the WC series. Makes sense. I bought tix for a potential WC game 3 since i know im downtown that day. And at that point the Jays will have had to win at least 1 game lol.

    Im honestly only upset because its the Yankees, and if we lose the division we will be hearing about it all offseason. They are already making jokes about us complaining about MLB rigging things for them. I just hate the yankees and their fans
