  1. Could still land in COL, TEX, or TOR perhaps.
  2. Yahoo was generous and let Schwarber keep C. That's a game changer.
  3. BTS probably does have the best farm right now.
  4. Otani would surely be #1 if he was applicable.
  5. That's called stat-scouting. The process always matters more than the results.
  6. Mejia above Rodgers! Not a fantasy list obviously, but still a hot take.
  7. Is that back before he tore his shoulder into pulled pork?
  8. I think you stocked up your farm significantly without taking much if any of a hit to your 2017 odds. None of those prospects would make it to #19 if they were in our MiLB draft.
  9. That's a pretty high pick for Wright. Not egregious but I like it for a team in BTS' cycle.
  10. It's always a bit scary dealing with NJH, you get that feeling of dread that he knows something you're not onto yet.
  11. I do like Mejia a lot and it was tough to part with him, but catcher attrition is always a bitch and he won't debut til probably 2018. I don't think he'll have a lot of power, I see him as more of a Yadi Molina type bat (which is still really good!). I have Sal Perez and McCann, which is a solid platoon, and hopefully Alfaro becomes fantasy relevant also. I like Manaea quite a bit, I think he'll be an SP2 as soon as this year. I wanted Herrera as an upgrade on one of those two RPs, but NJH wasn't having it, and ultimately I would have had to cut or trade one subsequently anyway so I threw him a bone.
  12. A lot of prospect guys don't think O'Neill is going to hit MLB pitching and question his defensive profile.
  13. I think that's the lowest ranking I've seen for Glasnow
  14. Interesting. Francisco Mejia must be in the Top 20 then.
  15. Can you post all 100-21?
  16. That would be truly insane, paying him $14M. He's damaged goods and currently sitting 88-91 MPH. The Rockies are clueless. Then again, I should expect no less from the team that traded Corey Dickerson for a reliever.
  17. He just had 2.5 WAR in 60% of a season. My only concern is health, and even then I'd be more worried about a pitcher's health.
  18. There are like 5 good catchers in baseball. I'm not sure why so many people around here are up in arms about our backup catcher.
  19. You would trade 4 seasons of a 3-4 WAR second baseman in his mid 20s for 6 years of an unproven pitching prospect? That doesn't seem very wise.
  20. Probably not. Travis posted 4.8 WAR in his first 163 games and is under control for twice as long as Dozier and Forsythe, plus we have no viable replacement for him and a full rotation of starters. It would be a multi-win hit to our 2017 roster.
  21. I'm more surprised at Torres ahead of Swanson.
  22. True. Prime trade candidate. Regardless, plenty of starts to go around for Andriese if he doesn't s*** the bed. KK and I freely acknowledged he's a fringe keeper in negotiations, we may very well see him in the waiver draft for all I know.
  23. You have it backwards, I just acquired Capps.
