    So I watched the Orioles broadcast and they did their little "vote for the player of the game" and selections were Gausman, Encarnacion and some other Orilole scrub. 6% of voters picked the guy that basically put the game out of reach and most picked 5 IP 4 ER 2 BB 5 K Gausman as the better player this game. #WhyIHateBaltimore

    Even more bizarre, in those 26 PAs where he has accrued three balls, his line is .125/.192/.208. More evidence that he's simply determined to not take a walk.

    He's had TWENTY SIX three ball counts and TWO walks. I don't even know how that's possible unless you're actually TRYING not to walk...which I think is actually the case. IMO, JP is trying to stick it to the man and stat geeks (who don't understand the game) everywhere by refusing to walk. He's basically a 27 year old child. As a comparison, Vernon Wells has a fairly average walk rate. He's had 26 three ball counts and walked 14 times.

    Hawk is awesome. I'll always pick the White Sox broadcast, though this is close because Boston's broadcast is the best in baseball imo. He's just hilarious and looks like he's been dead for 10 years. YYYYYYEEEESSSSSS!!! THIS GAME ISSSSS OVAAAH

    The Jays' chances of making the playoffs is like 3%. I'd rather AA get canned than hope for something that won't happen, and watching the Orioles screaming back to Earth is very enjoyable.

    At this point the Jays are almost sure to miss the playoffs, so I want them to end up with 90+ losses to get rid of Beeston and AA. And so I'd like to see the Orioles lose even though I know they won't be a playoff threat.

    Yeah, he did a great job clogging the bases. That's what happens when you don't take a huge hack at a pitch in the dirt with an 0-2 count. Blanco can't do anything right.

    Can someone please explain to me why Anthony Rendon is still in AA? He's 22 and has a .350/.485/.660 line through 29 games, makes no sense to me.
