For the fourth (4th!!) f***ing time, whether a player used PEDs is either an extremely minor factor for me or not one at all; example, I'll take Edmonds over Sosa by a hair because I believe he was more skilled and PEDs allowed Sosa to excel at the one thing he did well. That's not to say I wouldn't vote for Sosa, as I'm sure that's the conclusion someone with your smarts would draw, but I would use that as a last resort tie breaker depending on what the player particularly excelled at and whether PEDs would have been a bigger help than if he was just fast or something.
