  1. Holy f*** Hurl, lern2table
  2. That was exasperated trolling. You did say you strongly believe that Seager will have more than one .900 OPS season, which I still find baffling and based on nothing substantive. Please don't bring up a 27 game sample in September.
  3. When have I ever gotten personal? I never get personal. I'm abrasive towards Dinger because I have never been good at filtering myself and I have a big mouth. I'm finding his opinions on baseball and prospects to be getting more and more preposterous as time goes by and I feel like he thinks he's immune to criticism because he's done well in many leagues. I would say Speedy and I are pretty good friends and he's pretty much my complete opposite lol. What is unfortunate is that I didn't decide to really educate myself about fantasy or really take a good look at stats and periphs until I'd already f***ed up my team beyond repair, and it doesn't matter how well I do in other leagues or how sound my opinion is because Dinger will just dismiss because I've been awful in the DDL. So I really am sorry if I rub people the wrong way or if I just seem like a follower (shockingly, I'm not as educated on the Seager flyball thing like Cyborg is, but his opinion made sense. Dinger seemed to dismiss it because it wasn't what he wanted to hear. So piggybacking wasn't my intention.) But I like you guys, including Dinger (actually Dinger is one of my favourite people on here) so if you need me to tone down I will. Hard for me to gauge sometimes.
  4. I'm on da bus so can someone pm the next guy as my mobile network tends to get a big s***** along my route Taking .970 OPS ceiling Mikie Mahtook
  5. You don't understand how humour works.
  6. I didn't want to say ceiling since it is a bit too low for my tastes, so I'm just projecting him to maintain what he's already done at minimum
  7. What does this have to do with a potential Beltre contract? Lol
  8. Yeah if something is only discussed in this thread, 50% chance I miss it altogether. I'd understand for super active boards where things get knocked off the front page in no time, but come the f*** on.
  9. I'm gonna take a guy with a demonstrated .824 OPS floor in CF. Tommy Pham.
  10. Yeah, I feel pretty silly for my joke about him being in the lottery now. .340/.578 ceiling. What a get.
  11. 30 games is definitely enough to display that kind of upside. Nice pick.
  12. 1. Hanley was probably on his way to the HOF earlier in his career 2. Tulo would be on his way to the HOF had he stayed healthy. Should I bother pointing out the other obvious thing here? 3. I never said it was inconceivable that Seager could have multiple .900 OPS seasons but there is nothing that could possibly lead you to believe this is even semi likely. It's a very unlikely outcome. You're free to believe it but you used it as a reason why you think Corey is better than Kyle and that's based on nothing but illogical conjecture.
  13. Dinger's really poorly supported arguments that are based on nothing more than homerism and his fee-fees have been getting to me. Like seriously, in what world can you strongly believe in Seager having multiple .900 OPS seasons? I don't even believe that for Correa. But I digress. Shouldn't even be saying what I just said because of my DDL win %. I also miss your searing wit and it's making me bitter.
  14. Oh cool, now I'm not allowed to have an opinion when the ******** is leaking from your eyes. I'll just shut up now.
  15. Enjoy all those guaranteed .900 OPS seasons from your hall of fame ss
  16. You just listed two things you disagree on, and didn't really answer. My last comment was in reference to you saying multiple .900 OPS seasons from Corey Seager is a likely outcome. Obviously you have your convictions and don't really care to let facts get in the way. You know that Pablo Sandoval's wRC+ projection jumped by like 15 when he signed with Boston, right? His hitting profile fit Boston much better.
  17. I really don't understand how what Cyborg is saying doesn't seem plausible to you. Is it because you've gone full Gibbers and refuse to believe a young stud might not be a hall of fame level superstar?
  18. BP ranked him as the top prospect with a 70 hit tool, though
  19. I grabbed the man once known as CJ Edwards. Realdumn otc
  20. Well, you can use it as an excuse when you end up in the lottery this year
  21. The ironic thing is that it was harder to assign picks the way I did it. Who knew I should have just taken the easy route?
  22. Pretty telling that my most confident bet is Cubs over 89.
  23. No, I'm saying I made a mistake in my assigning of picks. I just assumed that the order would be determined that way because...some other league does it that way and also it made more sense to me so I failed to look it up. My bad.
  24. That was me. I had assumed that pick order went by regular season record, not playoff finish.
