    Great write up, thanks. Lol how do we have posters making better articles than Sportsnet? It sounds odd, but I'd feel wayyyy better about Morales if the Jays hadn't had such a hard on for Jay Bruce. Then I'd say, "I can trust the FO, there must be something about the park factors that really help Morales here, kind of like Josh Donaldson." But Bruce was already in a park that should have helped his numbers so I'm left with a bit of doubt in that maybe they just had a strange obsession with Morales too.

    He had a bad swing when he was with the Pirates as well, so taking his career numbers isn't entirely fair. Point being, he's an excellent hitter and a decent defender. In my mind, if he stays healthy and plays every day, he'll put up 4+ WAR next season.

    Some guys just never get a fair shake. He started out on the bench for TB last year even though he turned out to be their best hitter. Then when he got traded, the Orioles opted for Alvarez/Kim/other s*** plus he hurt his elbow. 2014 was his breakout, bench player for at least half 2015 was a bit unlucky with his batted balls, relegated to bench 2016 started on bench, moved to FT and then back to bench after trade, got injured.

    North and I were two very different types of disappointments. People were disappointed that he stopped posting and people were disappointed that I kept posting. Should be separate awards imo.

    I just would love to see their process of deciding who juiced and who didn't. There's a 99.9999% chance she's already voted for a PED user.

    I love Benintendi, and maybe I should have pulled the trigger on him for Kyle straight up (too much personal bias involved there, I'm afraid) but if you say Melancon = Piscotty, no way Sale = Benintendi at this point. It very easily may work out for Spittin but he did not get good or even adequate value for Sale.
