  1. NJH is slightly more nubile
  2. Who was disagreeing with you? Just because people said it's dumb that you wouldn't deal Hoffman for literally any offensive player aside from maybe Trout, doesn't mean they didnt think Hoffman had a lot of potential. I'm certainly glad to see him start realizing it.
  3. There is simply 0 defense for not trading Hoffman for any of those guys. If they don't fill a need, flip them for something else or make them play a different position. In Bryant's case, he could have played LF and 3B when needed. Bryce would be our RF. Those were and still are positions of need. "at least" nothing. You don't get any breaks for saying something that retarded.
  4. He also wouldn't have traded Hoffman for: Bryce Harper Anthony Rizzo Freddie Freeman Corey Seager Francisco Lindor Carlos Correa Manny Machado He would have "entertained" Mike Trout, though, so there's that.
  5. I said I wish!!! Meaning I didn't actually do anything.
  6. I wish I had the purchase to gloat about Scherzer
  7. Truly awe inspiring. Please brag more about how right you are.
  8. Well, the places where people are bilingual are ok (like Montreal) but you head East and it's like the Anglophones are the Christians to the Francophones' Muslims, in like...Egypt. They treat you like you're subhuman because they are so f***ing terrified that the English speaking demons are coming to smash their culture for some reason when, realistically, none of us give a s***. On top of that, they whine about everything. Read up on the Meech Lake Accord to get an idea of what a huge pain in the ass Quebec is.
  9. 1 day shipping doesn't exist in any other province?! Really? How do they sell Prime to anyone out there?
  10. so, are we allowed to employ common sense and not have it snake? Dunno if this has to get past a league vote but that is embarrassing.
  11. All of his plate discipline stats have improved from last season. Probably just SSS, he'll likely beast in the second half as his luck evens out and I'm sure there will be some narrative about "adjustments"
  12. This guy is actually like 95
  13. I really don't understand the argument for pitchers hitting. I mean, even if you enacted the DH rule, they are still free to have their pitchers hit if they'd like. Idk why we must keep pretending it's entertaining to watch a rally die because the 8th hitter gets walked and the pitcher weakly strikes out to end the inning. The only solution is to have pitchers focus more on hitting but that seems like a bad idea given the already huge difficulty that comes with their position.
  14. Well now, that's not very nice. How do you know so much about me? I have taken a screencap and will consider going to the RCMP.
  15. Kind of weird to think about tbh. Sure, AL has Sale, Kluber, Carrasco, Darvish but you'd think the NL crop is stronger at the top with guys like Kershaw, Scherzer, Syndergaard, Lester, Strasburg, Bumgarner, Cueto, Cole, etc. I guess the AL must have better depth and relief corps.
  16. Lmfao Please forward to the RCMP for this incredibly valid and obviously real threat to your home and personal property. Then let us know how much they fined you for wasting their time.
  17. In name only. In Ruth's time, the talent pool was a mere fraction of what it is today. But whatever, I know this is a hot topic for a lot of people but I'm just saying, there's a reason guys like Ty Cobb and Babe Ruth don't exist anymore.
  18. Judge, Sanchez, Bird, Gardner, Betances, Severino. They deserve props for that, especially when they almost always pick near the back of the first round.
