Fans care way more about the "anti-vax" stuff than the players do. Even then, the fans tend to forget as soon as the player is on the field. I went to the Bills/Panthers game and it was definitely "BEEEAASSEE" every time he got the ball, not boos even though the media tried to make Beasley think otherwise for some reason. A lot of players also agreed with guys like Wentz/Beasley but are scared for their own job security. It's a moot point now, anyway. The question is, he's a bandaid to what, exactly? Kenny Pickett? Malik Willis? Matt Corral? If so, why were they pushing so hard for Wilson? Is he even really an upgrade on Heinicke? If I'm a COMMANDERZ fan, I'd much rather have the picks they gave up and have Heinicke start. s***** move by a s***** org that will get them nowhere. Good on the Colts for moving on so quickly, despite Wentz being Reich's guy. Topping it all off, Wentz has a pretty bad contract. It was a bad move by the Football Team. I just thought the whole idea of a coach having to apologize to the owner for recommending a player to be pretty hilarious. There are a lot of guys who could be Wentz-y type starters in FA. I'd rather have Trubisky than Wentz and he'd have just cost money, and a lot less of it. Jimmy G might cost the same as what they got for Wentz but probably better and used to working in a similar offense in SF where there's a heavy reliance on the run and short-intermediate passes. I'd be surprised if Bridgewater got a starting job and Fitz is coming home to back up Josh Allen

Didn't they make Frank Reich apologize to Jim Irsay?

I am am not a big fan of her non-football posts because she tends to meander into the political, but man, Mina Kimes is one of the best follows for NFL personalities.

The Bills need a backup QB and I wouldn't take Love for free tbh. Rather have Fitzy or Andy Dalton or something. Love is f***ing terrible. Congrats to Aaron Rodgers for crippling the Packers where he will then go on to whine about how the team doesn't have enough weapons while taking up like 15% of GBs cap space...which will bite them in the ass down the road. No, their defense still sucks balls and the only things good about their offense are Rashad Penny (UFA), Tyler Lockett (who they are trying to trade) and poor DK Metcalf who is getting absolutely boned. Their biggest contract is Blitz Adams...yikes. He'll also be demanding a trade, completely unaware that he's pretty s*** and essentially untradable. PS no offense but paying Rodgers 50mil per year at age 38 is going to end in disaster. I hope you are prepared.
  8. People have been banned for less
  9. Rob Manfred will go down as the worst commissioner in the history of North American sports. What a travesty of a human being.
  10. That knobjockey blocked me a long time before that.
  11. Essentially, the rating agency (Wata) and the auction house (heritage) are in cahoots. This one guy, Jim Halperin, has been involved in a bunch of the artificial bubbles from the past, including coins and comic books. In this case, he actually put his own game up for sale and then bought it for a lot more so the transaction would be in the ledger and dopes in Rolling Stone and Kotaku write stories about x game selling for x amount. Things increasing in value over time is normal if it's organic. Using shill bidding and shadow clients is next level s***.
  12. It's actually a huge scam. How does a game sell for 30k and then 2M only a few years later? If you have the time and the interest, video game journalist extraordinaire Karl Jobst broke down the scam talking to both the people involved and some of the hardcore collectors who have been effected. It's essentially a massive Ponzi scheme. It's actually extremely interesting. and part 2, because it got worse: This guy also is getting sued by Todd Rogers and Billy Mitchell who have clung to fame because they pretended to be good at some old ass arcade games no one cares about anymore, simply because he helped to expose them as frauds.
  13. He's 100% done this. Except the s*** belonged to a pair of supermodels he just banged and one was married to a billionaire.
  14. Well, this was predicted to happen by 2020, so you never know

Well, he busted his knee because of awful protection and then returned to experience equally awful protection so I certainly wouldn't put money on it.

Allen had two of the best playoff games of all time, back to back. Best QB in the NFL, and most talented from a traits standpoint that we've ever seen. I'll fight anyone who says otherwise.

Of course it was sour grapes, but, while I am happy for the Bengals, no one would be surprised if they missed the playoffs next season. I also just saw this image and threw up That is the hand of Greg Rousseau and the football kicked by Harrison Butker to tie the game. Pain.

I was on the fence but then I saw some smug piece of s*** tell me I was a stupid moron for not having a QuestLife that I made the switch. Now I pay low fees instead of no fees, take that mom and dad's banker guy! Pretty mediocre superbowl. So sad, such an opportunity wasted. Rams got lucky that they faced the 5th or 6th best team in the AFC so that their plan of trading every draft pick for the next ten years is justified.

Washington Commies I like it. It's sounds like the name of an XFL team. E: k, just looked at the pics of the uniform and my god they are going to give the Rams a run for their money.

What separates Brady for me is that he was never supposed to be any good. He was under threat of being replaced for most of his life in high school and college and this lanky motherf***er ends up with more Superbowls than any individual team. Big Ben, Brees, Rivers, etc. started seriously diminishing as they approached 40. Brady can still throw bombs at 44. What's really hilarious to me is how people make fun of his TB12 stuff. This guy is literally defying time like no athlete in history, so let's make fun of the vitamins and supplements and s*** he takes, because surely he has no idea what he's doing. Ends up marrying a supermodel who makes more money than he does, breaks every record and looks like he could play for another 3-4 years. No question for me that Brady is the ultimate GOAT. Gretzky is the only one even close.

I am cheering for the Bengals for sure, I'm just salty because the Bills definitely softened up the Chiefs for them. Team of Destiny vibes. I'd like them even more if they were in the NFC. The Rams are basically the mid 2000s Yankees. I hate the way they built their team and Sean McVay is way too handsome to be a head coach. You can be handsome, but don't be "pretty". Fun fact, Sean McVay's dad is named Timothy.
  22. I literally hardly ever post on this board, lol. Don't worry, I won't call you stupid or an idiot anymore. They haven't invented a word yet to properly describe your intellect. Gotta love the "6th grade special ed jokes" followed by the classic "go outside, NERD!" Anyway, Barry Bonds is a better player than you, a better person than you and probably 3 times smarter than you.

In this season with so many weird turns, we get team that has to win the Superbowl now because they will be terrible for a decade afterwards vs. a fun story but fringe playoff team. Not very compelling. Brady vs. Mahomes round 2 would have been fun. Bills facing Brady in the SB would have been awesome. Miserable ******* Aaron Rodgers trying to win his second SB despite being one of the best ever in his last season with GB. Btw, lol @ GB for having back to back hall of fame, top 10 QBs and ending up with 2 rings. Instead, we're probably going to get a mediocre 24-21 game where Joe Burrow gets sacked 10 times.
  24. Does it make you feel better to sexually harass women?
  25. Am I allowed to point out how stupid this guy is? He's responding to a post that explicitly states that Delgado isn't on the ballot. Then, unaware BTS states that the veteran's committee, WHICH IS A SEPARATE BODY with a very different process, can elect him, to which this f***ing idiot responds by affirming that he is a f***ing idiot, his words. Congrats on making it to adulthood, bud. Glad all those guys who made fun of you for wearing a helmet on the bus didn't completely destroy your self esteem.
