    Pen is so consistent right now. We're rolling 7 deep now. Hard to believe we could barely get a quality 7th or 8th inning out of the pen a few months ago.

    Lol @ this topic. Even suggesting a trade would make our front office look like a bunch of tools. You can't treat one of the greatest players in franchise history like that. It'll severely damage our relationships with other players moving forward as well (I.e. Negotiating with JD for a long term deal). Star players get star treatment. That's life. If you want to completely torpedo our clubhouse morale... then ask him to waive his 10/5 rights. But then again the human aspect of things is completely irrelevant right? These guys are robots and don't have emotions/loyalties. Ridiculous.

    More importantly, hitting .307/.355/.584 since coming back from in his injury. He's currently playing at MVP caliber level when you throw in his D.
