    Benoit has been one of the most consistent relievers in baseball for the last decade. Nobody can deny that this is a huge loss. If we didn't lose Cecil (who was red hot) last year we probably beat KC. Relievers are huge in the playoffs. I really don't feel comfortable with Biagini getting those big innings. Time to start trusting Cecil more. Give him high leverage innings in this last week and hopefully he can fill the 7th/8th inning gap.

    Tavares' situation is sad but it was his own fault. He was 5X over the legal limit... Hard to feel sorry for someone who is that stupid. Gotta wait and see the details on this one.
