The older you get.. the better you get with coping with the horrible results of this organization. I used to have massive bi-polar blow ups on the old board on a daily basis and now I just don't have the time/energy to care as much. Toronto sports teams are supposed to rip our hearts out every year. That's how it works.
The offense can't get any worse. We can't even play the small ball/manufacture-a-run game because our guys are so brutal with cashing runners in with runners on 3rd and less than 2 outs. All we can do is pray for a 3 run home run and hope that our starter can go into the 8th.
Ortiz is one of the best hitters of alltime. He's had 1 season of sub .800 OPS baseball since 2001. He was hardly "done" a few years ago. He's been consistently fantastic for like 15 years. Sour grapes. He bent us over tonight. All we can do is tip our caps and ice down our buttholes.
