Martin has had the same type of cold start last year, I'm not worried about him, he'll hit a stride half way through June and normalize his stats by the end of the season. Bautista however has shown his slower bat speed since last season, even before the injuries. Everyone on here thought that he was at least a lock for an OBP of close to .400 if anything, but right now it's not looking good for him

Low OBP numbers is what's scary here. He's had double the K's as walks, some can be attributed to his lack of bat speed, but his vision is down at the plate. That or he's just over anxious at the plate
