    There's no rule that says a foreign national convicted of DUI cannot enter Canada. It's at the border guard's discretion. I don't think this is going to impact Pete Walker. He won't be seen as a danger to the community or anything. Jays probably have a special access line at Pearson, similar to pilots and flight attendants.
