  1. Clearly, though, they lost today because of aweful SP.
  2. I thought it was odd that Walker didn't even pay Cecil a visit after the 2 walks to give him a break.
  3. Abomination of a post.
  4. Cecil walked Davis and Reimold with 1 out then Hardy hit a grounder up the middle that Reyes didn't make much an attempt to go for. Not sure he could've gotten to it as it was right up the middle, but since didn't make much of an effort, many think it should've been an inning-ending DP. Cecil made a gesture on the mound suggesting he was surprised it got through.
  5. He pitched 1 2/3 innings on Thursday so he's clearly a guy Gibbons only trusts with a big lead.
  6. As far as the grounder that Reyes didn't seem to even see, I think the same happened to Goins where he got a late jump on a grounder and that probably was enough for it to get through him. I think it was with Hendriks pitching.
  7. Guilmet is gone and Castro hasn't pitched in like a month with a "finger" injury.
  8. Navarro isn't much of a resource or asset.
  9. Many posters were waiting for AA to "waste" his resources on the bullpen to lambaste him.
  10. Team lost so naturally, it's Gibbons and Reyes's fault.
  11. Travis: 1-3 with a BB.
  12. Right priority. However, remember, leading up to the off season, we were all expecting him to go all out on relievers since he said publicly that he thought the bullpen cost them the season in 2014. Basically, he's full of shitvlaki.
  13. I'm fine with this option. Or they should've gone over budget in the off season to help the pitching staff. If they trade the guys close to the majors, they'll set the franchise back once again. Edit: I'd be ok if they were getting a young stud with years of control, but that's wishful thinkin'.
  14. Different animal, but you're reaching now as Cueto has no reason to forgo free agency unless he knows he's injured or some other reason.
  15. Rental, no thanks unless it's a steal of a trade...in Jays favour.
  16. As tough as it is to lose the last 2 games, the last thing I want to see is AA make another Esmil Rogers/Marlins/Dickey trade. I really have seen him give away enough assets for pitching where I can say he's not very good at it.
  17. Two walks set up the inning. Of course you want to see Reyes do all he can to keep that ball in the infield but Cecil has no one but himself to blame.
  18. Relies so much on hitters chasing out of the zone
