I think it's been proven enough times over the past 5 years though that building a good farm team isn't difficult if that's what you put your focus on and just stock pile the prospects to death. The key is successfully adding pieces on top of those core guys to win, which is something a lot of teams with good farm systems have struggled with

Why wouldn't he re sign here? It's a great market, great city, good team, would probably be a lock for top 4 for the next three years if he were in a raptor uniform. For whatever reason people seem to forget that both Bosh and Vince signed long term extensions here and only left after they got fed up with the incompetent management. It's hard to compete with the Miami's and Golden State's in the league in free agency but re signing our players shouldnt be an issue with this regime.
