He hopes the Rays beat the Jays and cost them a playoff spot. That's not trolling, that's just how he feels. He shouldn't be banned for not thinking the way you expect a member here should think. If he were a broken record s***ing up every thread and getting a rise out of people? Sure, ban him at that point. But that's not what's happening. He shared an opinion.

Who cares though? He's not disruptive, he never trolls, and his posts are (almost) always insightful. He adds more to the forum than 95% of the guys who want the jays to win. I don't see the issue with him casually mentioning, when it comes up, that he dislikes the front office and would prefer not to see perceived incompetence rewarded. I mean, he's entitled to that, right?

Ugh, I hope the Mariners trade Brad Miller. He's been cleanly above average since getting to the majors, and they keep jerking him around. Why not just play your 25-year old 2-3 win shortstop every day and be done with it?

Can I answer for Hurl? Because he's been posting on the forum for like 10 years, knows a lot of posters personally, is involved in the forum fantasy leagues (which are amazing btw - you'd have a hard time finding better anywhere else), because there are a lot of very smart people who post here, and because it's silly to say that people who like different teams to varying degrees can't post on the same message board.
