Ottawa has won one game in the playoffs by more than one goal, and that was a 2-goal win with an empty-netter. I hope the trapping negative goal differential team with no elite forwards wins it all. The salt from Leafs fans will be glorious. Actually, the salt is already pretty tasty.

I still own him in the LOD and I'm concerned that he's not going to hit enough to overcome the fact that he's a complete butcher in the OF, and it will cut into his playing time in the near future. Even a 110-115 wRC+ Santana isn't a good MLB player.

I understand why he's waiting. It seems Santana isn't very good, which I'm disappointed about.

Meanwhile Puig has a wRC+ of 91, and his playing time is probably in jeopardy because the Dodgers aren't going to keep running a bad player out there every day At least he's not boring.

Wow, Albert Almora career MLB wRC+ = 105 and Jesse Winker has a 94 wRC+ in AAA this year.

I don't have strong opinions on Duffy, but I'm pretty confident that Kazmir will be better than waiver wire options once he's activated. I could see a team with open DL spots being interested. I wanted to wait on him, but I'm now punting 3 roster spots with inactive players, which feels wrong as long as I'm in the playoff picture.

It's Jason Vargas. None of this is sustainable. But you know what you do when Jason Vargas has 5 wins in 7 starts with a 5/1 K/BB and a 1.00 ERA? You make sure everyone in your league is properly annoyed about it.

I would have permabanned banned Gary a long time ago. I've always thought this forum is lenient with trolls to the point that it's actually bizarre. But if I were you I'd just IL him and be done with it.
