I think Jose Abreu has an increasingly interesting HoF case if the voters ever start acting like they aren't just the MLB HoF. Didn't come over until 27, but say he keeps it going for a few more years and puts up 35 fWAR as a 1B, 350 homers, 2000 hits, and 8 or 9 100 RBI seasons. Would that plus his MVP, spotless reputation, and long career of dominance in Cuba make him a viable candidate?
