    Also that Sanchez is the no. 1 prospect solely based on the upside that he'll probably never reach, because his walk rate is still below average in Hi-A Ball. I agree mostly on Davis as well, he's done really nothing to show that he's capable of actually being able to hit and get on base at a respectable rate. Plus, that K rate is simply disgusting. Of course, he COULD learn to hit and cut that K rate down significantly, but what has he done that leads anyone to believe it?

    I've learned over the past few years following prospects heavily, that proximity to the majors is a real thing. I simply can't agree with Parks here, I love the praise on the guys the Jays have, but really, most of these guys are 4 years away at best.

    Dombrowski's just a dumb GM who lucked into some good deals. It's kinda funny, he's usually the guy who sells off buckets of prospects to get major league guys.

    This is such an Oakland-like move. The guys groundball tendencies will thrive in that ballpark. Then they sell him for something useful when he inevitably outperforms his xFIP by a full run. Also I agree with the most recent posts; WTF are you guys thinking that Weeks is ACTUALLY worth something?

    Aww poo. I still think Kazmir will provide the most value, Garza will get considerably more money, and might not outpitch him enough to provide the.same value.

    I voted for Syndergaard... I voted for Stroman, dude had an insane campaign this year and was pounding on the door, yet AA still didn't even give him a shot. Sanchez on the other hand, was a level lower, his K rate was underwhelming and his walk rate was still bad. It's starting to get to the point where I need to see results, I get that Sanchez has really nice stuff, but what good is that when you have a 4.5/9 walk rate.
