  1. Yup, our very own Dickey, followed by a big Wang and then a questionable Johnson after that.
  2. That's just it. His value isn't there yet, but if he continues to hit like this until the deadline, it will start to get interesting. If he hits like this until the end of the season, he will have excellent value in the winter with the contract he is on.
  3. No way AA sells. From a fans perspective, I would seriously give it some thought if the return was good, but from his perspective, it would be idiotic. At this point he should have only one goal and that should be to make the post season at any cost next season, otherwise he will be out of work.
  4. It's the way it goes sometimes Jay. Sucks when you know your team is so much better but half your key guys are on the DL.
  5. That's what I would do, but it likely won't happen. This guy came from negative value and is gaining steam towards netting a good return. He may very well continue this for the next few years, but if AA can rid some payroll and add some more assets to the minors it might be worth it. I am confident he will empty the farm this coming winter, so a few added assets might help offset that.
  6. I wonder how MB will feel on bring your dog to the park day.
  7. LOL, I have had so many teams crippled this year in various leagues. I have had 3 leagues with 8 players on the DL, and one with 9. Just one of those years. At least my team in the Shark Tank has been relatively healthy....
  8. The big question is can we expect Lind to perform like this for the next few years or should AA sell high? Obviously I doubt AA would sell, but if Lind continues this his value is going to get pretty darn interesting.
  9. Was just thinking that we need to at least get this half inning in and then let it pour, lol.
  10. MB is just too smart of a SP for that terrible stretch to have gone on for any longer. He is not the same MB he was 5 years ago, but he is still pretty darn solid. Glad he is back on track.
  11. At this point he is the ace of this staff until someone else outperforms him.
  12. MB has come a long way. Best pitcher in the rotation for the past several weeks.
  13. Sure it's baseball, but it hasn't really been good baseball overall.
  14. For the most part its been the same with me. This is a very unpredictable group of players.
  15. I blame this all on JPA.
  16. Both are LHH.
  17. He probably won't be here in the future, so its a moot point.
  18. No way AA moves Buehrle. While most of us would probably want to rid us of his contract, Buehrle is the only guy who hasn't gone down this season and as sad as it is, right now is probably the best pitcher in the rotation. AA will look to patch this s*** up for 2014.
  19. Wow, that is really impressive. It's actually pretty crazy that they hold that record yet still sit 7 games under .500. The pen really has been a bright spot this season and looks like we will have some significant arms in it for next season and that isn't even counting guys like Santos and Perez who may be healthy by then as well.
  20. Someone will trade for him if AA makes him available. The return might not be much but a lower level prospect is better than nothing. This pen really doesn't need Oliver anymore anyways.
