    I hope they don't try to go under slot for the first round, they have close to $6 million to spend on their first round picks and I don't want to see any Chad Jenkins or Deck McGuires with such high picks.

    People say that about everyone who struggles, none of us actually know what's going through his head. Maybe he did choke today hearing AA was watching or maybe he didn't even know AA was there and just had a bad start. My point was stories like him are pretty common in baseball, his career as a Major league pitcher is far from over.

    I still expect him to make it back, how long before he's back who knows? I count 9 guys on our roster right now that have come back from major adversity to be at least a relevant major leaguer, I don't see what makes Romero any different than them.

    I think the Jays are good on the pitching side, it's the hitting the will need to improve going down the stretch. Only spots they can upgrade right now without losing anything major is 2B, 3B or catcher. Not many options for any of those.
